- Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Provide accurate information when making purchases
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original images you upload. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated artwork for personal purposes.
The AI-generated artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent from Karia Labs Ltd.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the artwork has been generated and delivered. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
Canvas Eterno and Karia Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We do not guarantee that the AI-generated artwork will meet your expectations. The nature of AI generation means results may vary.
